The Eden Residence took home 1st place at the 2023 CLCA – San Fernando Valley Chapter beautification awards ceremony. We entered the property to compete under the custom residential category. Projects entered under this category must be residential landscaping projects in the 100K-250K cost range.
We were elated to also have Eden win the Presidents Choice Award. This award is a 1 of 5 special awards. Contest judges assign special awards to the best overall of all competing projects in all categories. The Presidents Choice Award is a best overall in the residential installation category.

INSTALLATION
This project took about 8 weeks to complete. Our team was hired by longtime design partner Kate Anne Designs. Our contract included plant and irrigation sourcing and purchasing as well as all installation labor.
MAINTENANCE
The homeowner hired our team for ongoing landscape maintenance services. The project was completed in the Fall of 2022. A crucial part of the assignment was watering the garden and feeding/hydrating new plants. We also aimed to be complaint with local watering rules as best as possible.
We continue to provide gardening services at Eden and hope to be able to enter the property in the gardening services category at next years CLCA award competition.
